Welcome to JB Waterproofing Solutions Pty Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our waterproofing services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Quote Validity & Pricing

All quotes provided by JB Waterproofing Solutions Pty Ltd are strictly valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing. Pricing is based on the initial inspection and the scope of work detailed in the quotation. Unforeseen structural issues or changes in scope discovered during the course of work may incur additional costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to proceeding.

2. Site Access & Requirements

The client must ensure that JB Waterproofing Solutions Pty Ltd has clear, safe, and unhindered access to the site during agreed working hours. It is the client's responsibility to provide access to basic utilities such as water and electricity, which are necessary for the completion of waterproofing works.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in your formal quotation, payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of invoice. A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work, particularly for large-scale projects or where specialised materials must be procured. We reserve the right to suspend or cease work if progress payments are not met.

4. Guarantee Scope

JB Waterproofing Solutions Pty Ltd provides a workmanship guarantee in accordance with NSW fair trading laws and building standards. The specific duration of the guarantee will be detailed in your Certificate of Waterproofing upon project completion.

Our guarantee covers the integrity of the waterproofing membrane system applied by our technicians. It does not cover failures resulting from subsequent building work, structural movement beyond the membrane's tolerance, deliberate damage, natural disasters, or lack of reasonable maintenance.

5. Liability

While we take utmost care during the execution of our services, JB Waterproofing Solutions Pty Ltd shall not be liable for pre-existing structural defects or damage that is uncovered during the waterproofing process. Our liability is limited to the cost of rectifying our own defective workmanship.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
